Set your vision with clarity & love - backbendy flow

This 75 min class starts with a short meditation and then moves into a nice flow with a focus on opening the shoulders and chest.  We focus on reflecting on 2013, taking the lessons we need and creating a powerful 2014.  2 blocks and a strap are nice to have, if you do not have these props it's ok, you can use a towel rolled up between your legs for when we are using a block.  Enjoy and here's to lots of love and joy in 2014!

Light your Path from the Inside Out- Firefly Flow!

This is a intermediate/advanced 90 min flow.  We work our way up to Titibasana, aka Firefly pose, by prepping our legs, core, and shoulders. 
Please have a block and a blanket or a towel for this practice.  and of core HAVE FUN!
